The goal of Making+Learning is to build the capacity of libraries and museums to create and sustain effective makerspaces and related programs for learning.
Libraries and museums across the country have established and are implementing maker spaces and maker programming. These spaces serve as sites of learning. Here, we present a framework to guide and grow the capacity of museum and library professionals as they create the conditions for learning to unfold within and through making experiences.
